Construction of stands Exhibition equipment

Exhibition pavilion is located on one of the most beautiful and modern streets of Minsk city, which divides the business part of the city and the park zone around the Komsomolskoye Lake the favorite place of Minsk citizens and guests.

Exhibition complex has a favorable location and provides convenient transport accessibility, it is easy to get to Exhibition Center by car or by public transport. Pavilion is equipped with modern engineering systems and communications for comfortable and efficient work and allows holding events of the highest level. Exhibition complex includes a large-span structure with the total area of 3,000 m2. Pavilion lobby and outdoor area will be used for events. We offer the full range of services necessary for events: rental of conference room, design and construction of exhibition stands, customs clearance, loading and unloading services, catering, advertising services, cleaning and others.

There is no possibility of using suspended structures in Exhibition pavillion

There is no water supply to Exhibition stands.

Entry of transport into the territory of Exhibition pavilion to bring in and take out exhibits and equipment is prohibited. Unitary Enterprise BelExpo carries out loading and unloading by equipment with a capacity of up to 2 tons to the cargo gate of Exhibition pavillion. Independent delivery of exhibits to Exhibition stands is possible by cargo carts with polyurethane, nylon or rubber wheels. Official forwarder of exhibitions presented by Unitary Enterprise BelExpo is Unitary Enterprise Exhibition Forwarder.

During Exhibition, Exhibitor is responsible for the stand and the property on the stand. During the rest of the time Exhibition is under security ensured by exhibition security service. In case of detection of theft of property, Exhibitor should immediately contact Organizer.
